As part of our on-going global expansion strategy, Capco is growing its Swiss Data Practice in our Zürich office. We are currently seeking to recruit a number of consultants with data analytics knowledge to join a team to support large scale transformation projects for our leading Financial Services clients and:

  • Be keen to join the team to develop the Swiss Data Practice capabilities and the broader Global Data Practice to support industry-changing topics such as advanced analytics, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence
  • Collaborate with business customers to understand needs, recommend strategy enhancements, and deliver solutions that make a real impact to our clients
  • Develop and deliver analytical projects to solve business problems and deliver insights making use of quantitative techniques and large quantities of often complex data
  • Make business recommendations with effective presentations of findings at multiple levels of stakeholders with both technical and non-technical backgrounds
  • Be supremely personally motivated to work in a team where clients become colleagues



  • Master / PhD degree in Machine Learning, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Quantitative Finance or other quantitative disciplines
  • Good knowledge of advanced analytics, data modelling and machine learning techniques, proven by practical experience with at least one of: programming/analytical tools (Python, R, SAS, Matlab, etc,) data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Spotfire, Qlik, D3, etc.); data querying tools (SQL, DB2, Hive, Pig etc.)
  • Proven project experience articulating business questions, using mathematical techniques to arrive at an answer, translating technical/analysis results into business recommendations and measuring business impact
  • Knowledge of wealth management and banking industry and their current challenges in the data and analytics areas
  • Excellent communication skills in English (German is always a plus) coupled with presentation skills. Experience and aptitude in customer-facing roles with business stakeholders
  • Consultancy experience is a plus
  • Flexibility to travel
