ROLE DESCRIPTION

This is a superb opportunity for a hardworking, enthusiastic, Junior candidate with a fluent level of English eager to learn more around HR processes. Join our exciting team in Capco.

• Onboarding activities for new joiners in the UK
• Daily communication and close cooperation with colleagues in the UK, as well as new joiners
• Requesting & collecting all kind of supporting documents needed for successful onboarding (incl. validations)
• Covering the onboarding process from an administrative perspective, including cooperation with external agencies to support successful background check
• L&D Support, administration of induction as well as milestone and administration
• Employee data management (HR database) and processing of employee’s relevant documents
• Close cooperation with recruitment & HR Department in the UK

SKILLS & EXPERTISE

• Fluent English is a must
• Previous Recruitment / HR / Coordination experience is strongly appreciated
• MS Office skills (MS Excel, Outlook)
• Able to prioritize tasks accordingly
• Time flexibility
• Strong ability to work within an international environment and be focused on providing a high quality of service to the client
• Attention to detail (data quality)
