We are looking for Business System Analyst to join our Digital Engineering team. This is a chance to join one of the fastest growing and exciting consultancies, with an opportunity to grow with the company as it expands. 

About The Role

Responsibilities

  • Establish collaborative relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Gather accurate requirements and create user stories.
  • Strategically and creatively think about how the consumer experience should work; translating a vision to processes and requirements.
  • Along with the Scrum Master, the BSA will manage the requirements backlog.

About You

Experience

It will be very useful if you have some or all of the following skills and experience:

  • Technical BSA experience. 
  • Understanding of Cloud based technologies such as CCaaS
  • Understanding of APIs and Swagger
  • Understanding of WSDLs and other legacy integration patterns
  • Agile
  • Jira, Confluence and Bitbucket
  • Ability to create user-stories, especially the technical components of the story
  • Ability to create and assist with test-case and test tools
  • Contact Center and IVR experience (nice to have)
  • ChatBOTs (nice to have)
  • Workforce management tools (nice to have)
