Job Description

The Technical Engineer would need to have around 8+ years of experience. The responsibility of the resource includes understanding the design documents, development and unit testing of the application requirements in scope.

As the Junior technical engineer in the team, the resource must be good in Core JAVA, Oracle and ElasticSearch coding. He should develop and unit test the developed code on time with quality.

Candidate should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to handle multiple projects and to meet project deadlines. He should have very good stakeholder management skills. Candidate require knowledge and experience in software quality assurance process and the ability to work well with both internal and external teams.


·      Understand the design document and develop unit test cases

·      Develop the best quality coding and unit testing.

·      Estimation of the work of the module to be worked

·      Make sure the application is defect free and quality code is delivered.

·      Troubleshoot the application whenever there is any issue post production release.

·      Assist the QA team with any queries during the testing life cycle.


·      Experienced in Java development projects as a Java developer.

·      Should have experience in working in BFSI projects, if not in IB

·      Should have the experience in implementing the Java/Oracle coding best practices

·      Good exposure/experience to release management process

·      Should possess good trouble shooting skills in case of any issues in development or post implementation scenarios

·      Strong stakeholder management skills
