Job Responsibilities

As a Consultant focusing on Business Analysis, you work closely with our customers and technical  teams. You are responsible for analysing, capturing, and prioritising the requirements for the new customer experience initiatives of our customers’ digital transformation agenda. You will need to manage customer expectations and help them to translate their vision into a project that can be implemented within time and budget. The job comes with great responsibility and offers the opportunity to work side by side with our customers and guide them to achieve desired outcomes.

Typical responsibilities include:Support work stream leads to gather, define, and prioritise requirements of the project in close collaboration with the client

  • Write functional requirements using use case specifications or user stories with little to no supervision from your manager
  • Perform business process gap analysis and manage requirement change
  • Support the client’s business units in the project to guide the project team making the right choices to maximise project success and customer experience
  • Collaborate closely with technical development and testing teams to ensure successful delivery and common understand of business requirements
  • Assist Project Management in tracking, reporting and project governance activities
  • Open to fill other similar project roles over time

Skills / Experience / Qualification

Types of experience & skills that we are looking for:

  • University education and degree (preferable business or IT related), and strong academic record paired with an analytical mindset
  • Ability to facilitate client workshops and demonstration sessions to understand and document business requirements from various (international) client stakeholders
  • Previous work/project experience with an insurance company
  • Basic understanding of the software development life-cycle (SDLC)
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in English and Thai
  • Perseverance and pragmatism to solve complex problems
  • Ability to perform under pressure
  • Ability to work in a multicultural and international environment across client organisation hierarchies
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Flexibility to work at client-site or from home without disruption to accommodate client needs during the COVID-19 pandemic

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of agile software delivery
  • Experience in Financial Services industry
  • Ability to support PMO activities (e.g. track RAID logs, status reporting)
  • Basic knowledge of insurance products
  • Experienced in tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Experience in working with Fintech and Insurance/InsurTech companies
