KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with business unit heads and end users to gather, understand, and define business requirements
  • Assess current state and develop target process flows, use cases, workflows and user stories to support the design and development of CRM solutions for our clients
  • Liaise with business and IT to bridge functional and technical requirements. Manage traceability across the streams
  • Conduct / coordinate walk through sessions of business and functional requirements with business and IT stakeholders, validate and sign offs.
  • Assist the vendor with design, configuration, process and user story mapping
  • Collaborate with build, test and business teams for solution verification
  • Document key artefacts including requirements, user guides and training material and able to use enterprise tools such as JIRA
  • Participate in meetings with clients including requirement sessions, system demos, user acceptance testing, and end user training


EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Business Management
  • Ideally 5-7 years of experience in banking and financial services
  • Proven track record of gathering and validating requirements, mapping process flows and documentation
  • Strong functional understanding of Microsoft Dynamics platform, product roadmap and add-Ins
  • Involved in at least 2 full scale enterprise wide CRM implementation programs
  • Hands on experience with standard SDLC, Agile and DevOps project methodologies
  • Travel: working location is South Asia 100 %
