ABOUT THE ROLE
The successful candidate will be a member of our multi-disciplinary team in an Integrated Architectural-Engineering Practice. They and will collaborate with other team members and work under the direction of senior engineers.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Under direct supervision produce Revit construction documents.
Assist in design of ductwork and piping systems including sizing and routing of ductwork, size piping and layout of piping systems.
Assist with energy modeling calculations.
Organize files according to the firm’s business practices.
Communicate effectively with project team members.
May participate with higher level technicians in the review of shop drawings to understand compliance with contract documents.
May perform other duties as required.
ABOUT YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Associates degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology, Drafting or a related field preferred, but experience may be considered in lieu of education.
Previous related experience is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Organization and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Previous experience with MS Office, Revit, AutoCAD, and BlueBeam preferred.
