This brand new role in Cannondale's global Enterprise Project Management Organization will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, mapping, and sharing business processes globally. The ideal candidate will be a person who thrives on learning all aspects of the cycling industry and can proactively develop a thorough knowledge of the business, working independently and within a larger team. We are seeking a self-starter with passion and infectious curiosity to make their mark and have fun doing it! Please note: This is NOT an IT Business Analyst role. 

How You'll Make an Impact: 

  • Develop and maintain a document management program: Spearhead the organization's efforts in mapping and managing critical documents, ensuring seamless accessibility and version control. 
  • Lead process mapping efforts: Participate in initiatives to refine and optimize company processes.  
  • Plan and prepare project mapping initiatives following the best practices and governance model of the EPMO.  
  • Prepare and train colleagues on new procedures: Be a catalyst for change by facilitating smooth transitions to updated workflows, and equipping team members with the tools they need to succeed. 
  • Gain buy-in from stakeholders: Champion the adoption of new systems and procedures by fostering collaboration and effectively communicating the benefits to all involved parties 
  • Collaborate across business teams: work hand-in-hand with leaders and colleagues from diverse backgrounds to develop comprehensive process documents that drive organizational success 
  • Work closely with Project Managers  
  • Participate in project intake process, following up with business owners when necessary 
  • Interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders to facilitate defining requirements, identifying open gaps and closing out open questions. 
  • Create presentations to share information with stakeholders and teams. 
  • Express requirements in a simplified fashion to non-technical stakeholders and senior management. 
  • Leverage a breadth of tools to clearly define scope and requirements. 
  • Follow internal controls and company policies as set by company and job function. 
  • Contribute to the success of company by leading or assisting with other projects and tasks as assigned 

What You Bring to the Table: 

  • 3-5 years relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, or related field.  
  • Experience with various forms of process mapping
  • Active listening and paraphrasing
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to multi-task
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio) 
  • Experience with PMO governance a plus 

Physical Demands: 

  • Working conditions are normal for an office environment. 
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time 
  • Must be able to use a computer keyboard and view a monitor for extended periods of time 
  • Travel – domestic and/or international
