We are looking for a Marketing Director (Culture and Entertainment) to join our marketing team! We help fuel Candy’s success by building our brand and launching our company and core products into the market. As a team, we focus on engaging our consumers in strategic, innovative methods with a background in thinking outside the box!

AS OUR MOST VALUABLE PLAYER, YOU WILL…

  • Demonstrate expertise and confidently lead strategic and complex initiatives across entertainment and culture that have impact on the company and industry  
  • Identify and pursue long-term opportunities based on research, analysis, and strategic view of the market
  • Serve as a go-to contact with executive management of partner organizations and independently navigate challenging relationships across functions and partners
  • Define and manage comprehensive go-to-market strategy and planning across an emerging suite of products
  • Mentor team members to support their performance and development

 

WHO ARE YOU?

  • You have 8+ years of experience in marketing at a fast paced, high growth company, or servicing such a company on the agency side
  • You have experience bringing new products to market including writing briefs, getting cross-functional buy-in and managing the cross-channel GTM plans
  • You have experience attracting, motivating, retaining, and developing team members
  • You have experience appraising the strengths and weaknesses of team members and building cross-functional teams
  • You have experience in influencing and communicating cross-functionally
  • You have analytical and communication experience
  • You have a curiosity for new technologies and emerging platforms especially in the blockchain and web3 space
