Role Overview:

As the Manager of the Talent Success team, you will spearhead the team responsible for driving the success of the 20k+ unmanaged talent on Cameo, as well as the technical support for our managed talent You and your team will focus on inbound ticket and question responses, as well as outbound activation and education strategies. You will also work closely with the Talent Operations Team to manage the optimal placement of new talent into our talent pool or into a managed book, and to coordinate strategies to drive revenue across our entire talent set. 

Your team also manages technical support for our managed talent, partnering closely with our talent reps to ensure Snoop Dogg, Carole Baskin and the like have a smooth experience using our app to fulfill requests and make that money. 

You will manage two Talent Success Managers and a Talent Coordinator, and It is important that you build out strategic, thoughtful, and scalable “best practices” and processes for the team to share and implement moving forward. As Cameo grows and our brand scales, this role will be crucial in building scalable talent support methodology that can grow as our business grows by 10 or 100x.

Role Deliverables & Expectations:

  • Set goals and strategies for scalable outbound talent communication and account management
  • Set and drive performance goals for inbound ticket handling for pool and managed talent
  • Drive the team toward providing best in class support and partnership to our talent
  • Partner with product to optimize the talent experience in the app at scale
  • Work cross-functionally with partners from other departments including talent, marketing and product to strategize impactful strategies for maximizing pool Talent performance
  • Build incredible Talent IQ and partner with the Talent team to ensure consistency in how we communicate and work with talent
  • Help maintain structure and operational excellence with Talent moving around the Talent ecosystem
  • Work cross-functionally to provide insightful, measurable, and data-driven feedback to the team and leadership.

  • Strong management experience of customer success managers or account managers
