Based in Nashville, the Talent Acquisition Associate will serve as the campus recruiter for the Nashville market. They will engage with universities, attend career fairs, and host career days to connect with potential candidates. Their responsibilities include screening resumes, conducting interviews, and assessing skills for entry-level positions and internships. By building relationships with educational institutions, they contribute to the company’s employer branding efforts and attract talented individuals from college communities. The associate will also assist with experienced hire administrative duties, such as scheduling interviews, greeting candidates, and facilitating interviews.
 
To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential interns and new hires. This role reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager.
 
Requirements
  • High School Diploma is required,  an Associate’s Degree or Bachelors in Human Resources or relevant field would be a plus
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, social media, LinkedIn and professional networks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills  
  • Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills  
  • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative. 
  • Candidate should also be flexible with schedule and availability 
  • Candidate should be able to work evening recruiting events and weekends if needed
  • Travel up to  25%
