The Accounting Services department partners with middle market companies to provide outsourced accounting functions.

The Associate will be responsible for completing month end close for accrual based clients. This includes recording monthly activity and month end adjusting entries, completing monthly reconciliations, and performing analytical review procedures. The associate will work with multiple clients and, as such, will be working under deadlines regularly. Within the firm, this person will work with different teams on each client.

In addition, this role will have the opportunity to participate department initiatives.

The candidate should have basic understanding of the accounting processes and familiarity with month end close and account reconciliations.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting
1-3 years total experience in accounting
Experience using QuickBooks and Excel is required; Sage, Dynamics, NetSuite is a plus
