The Position

The Partner Marketing Manager, Agency Channel will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing go-to-market (GTM) strategies for CallRail’s agency segment. This role requires a deep understanding of the digital marketing agency ecosystem, reseller dynamics, and how to effectively launch products and services in collaboration with key partners. The Partner Marketing Manager, Agency Channel will work cross-functionally with sales, product, and partner enablement teams to deliver impactful campaigns, drive channel growth, and ensure seamless execution of GTM plans.

 

What You'll Do 

  • Develop Agency-specific Go-to-Market Strategies:
    • Lead the creation and execution of comprehensive go-to-market strategies for our agency customers and partners
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Marketing, and Partnerships) to align GTM plans with business objectives and market needs.
    • Define target market segments, personas, and key value propositions tailored to digital marketing agencies
    • Drive thought leadership and strategic thinking around digital marketing agencies, both internally and externally
  • Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis:
    • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and evolving agency needs to inform GTM strategy and tactics
    • Provide insights to the broader marketing and product teams to enhance offerings and adjust strategies based on agency feedback and market dynamics
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting:
    • Establish clear metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of GTM strategies and campaigns
    • Analyze and report on the success of go-to-market initiatives, using data to optimize future efforts
    • Provide regular updates to leadership on agency channel performance and identify opportunities for growth
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with product marketing, sales, and partner management teams to ensure alignment across all agency-focused or impacted initiatives
    • Collaborate with product teams to understand new offerings and ensure agency partners are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to market these solutions effectively
    • Plan, launch, and manage go-to-market campaigns with your marketing stakeholders that drive growth and adoption of CallRail products through our agency channel
  • Partner Enablement:
    • Develop and manage enablement programs for agencies to equip them with the knowledge, tools, and resources needed to sell CallRail effectively.
    • Drive partner training initiatives on product offerings, GTM processes, and best practices to ensure agency partners are prepared and empowered.

 

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of proven experience in Product Marketing, Partner Marketing, or within a marketing or strategy role at a digital marketing agency
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and results-driven mindset
  • Excellent organization, communication, and collaborative skills
  • Proven experience in managing complex go-to-market campaigns and working with internal stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of the agency landscape and channel dynamics
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track, analyze, and report on the performance of GTM initiatives.
  • Creative thinker who can tailor GTM strategies to the unique needs of digital marketing agencies

This position is based out of our Atlanta office and will require that you come into the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
