Sourcing Specialist

SUMMARY   

To serve as a catalyst for recruiting efforts in database and pipeline enhancement, this role will leverage sourcing tactics and job boards to engage with exceptional clinicians over the phone.   

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  

• Candidate sourcing
• Identify qualified candidates using various sourcing methods and platforms
• Pre-screen candidates over the phone before passing the lead a recruiting consultant
• Exceptional documentation in CRM including the source of the candidate lead
• Consult with Marketing for effective outreach campaigns
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes  
• Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity
• Positive and polished conversation skills to be an excellent representative of our firm 

QUALIFICATIONS  

• Experience in candidate sourcing preferred, not required 
• Experience supporting sales; staffing or recruiting experience a plus  
• Proficient use of CRM, Microsoft Office, including Word and Outlook required  
• Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, internally and externally  
• Autonomous; self-directed; demonstrate ability to deliver results and maintain a high level of accountability 
• Extremely organized and detail oriented, works well under pressure 
• Adept at follow through and ability to meet deadlines 
• Resourcefulness; proactively seeks out information and resources 
• Able to make sound decisions in fast paced environment 
• Effective in evolving culture; operates well in ambiguous situations 
• Able to prioritize needs among several competing demands  

KPIs  

• New candidates added to CRM with verified mobile phone 
• Leads passed and/or appointments set over the phone 
• Leads passed that convert to a recruiting KPI: reassign, sub, placement
