This will require diving deep into traditional finance, with the aim of introducing DeFiBox to funds, wealth managers and fintech providers and opening up the world of DeFi to them. We are looking for an experienced B2B Marketing Lead who is passionate about crypto/blockchain and who has experience working in financial services, preferably within fintech or in a web3/crypto environment.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in a fast-growing and high-scale crypto startup company distributed across Asia and Europe with our main headquarter in Singapore. You’ll be helping us grow a strong B2B business over the next few years. You will report into the COO and will work very closely with our sales lead.

What you'll do

  • Build a B2B marketing strategy from scratch to combine online and offline channels to reach the right audience with an ABM approach
  • Run a transparent content creation and curation process to enable our team to combine conferences, content channels (for example podcast), direct outreach, social media and other opportunities to connect with asset management professional
  • Plan and manage always-on content campaign execution with cross-functional colleagues, internal creative team, external agencies, partners and community content creators
  • Comfortable setting up and building out a lead nurturing funnel through the right content creation and curation strategy
  • Motivated self-starter who doesn’t wait for directions but brings ideas and strategic vantage points to the table
  • Comfortable working closely with sales and signing up for specific data driven marketing impact outcomes
  • Comfortable working in a very fast paced environment with a team based in APAC and Europe

What you'll need

  • 7+ years of experience working in Marketing roles marketing products to a financial services audience
  • Experience in Marketing consulting working for different companies
  • Worked in a scale-up environment of companies moving from 100 to 1000 employees
  • Developed and run campaigns to target asset management, trading desks and treasury management clients
  • Knowledge of DeFi is an absolute must
