Main objective of the position: 

Analyze and process business-related requests from our local teams around the world


How will you help us achieve our mission?

  • Optimization of the request process and resolution of settings tickets
  • Maintain back office configuration to allow day by day operations
  • Find solutions to contingencies that our local teams encounter
  • Collaborate in the resolution of requests in the times according to the priority of these

What we’re looking for:

  • BS in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Economics, Statistics, or equivalent experience.
  • Capable of working independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Problem solving
  • Ability to learn and adapt to change
  • Analytical skills
  • Task management
  • Analytics applied to business problems (SQL and Tableau experience preferred)
