How will you help us achieve our mission?

  • Establish metrics  to measure effectiveness of automated communications and marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and execute multi-channel CRM-campaigns (Email, SMS, Mobile Push…) by managing the campaign calendar.
  • Ensure accurate and on-time campaign planning, QA, execution and delivery.
  • Ensure the results are promptly available for multichannel campaigns across all markets.
  • Analysis of customer data sets across all segments to help identify commercially attractive opportunities and improve personalised direct communication, ROI and sales.
  • Document all campaign strategies, proposals and crm activities.
  • Support local, regional and international CRM projects.

What we’re looking for:

  • >1 year experience in a CRM/Email marketing related function.
  • Experience in Customer Journeys is a plus
  • Very good analytical skills
  • Data-driven, being able to design new analysis and convert them into business decisions and campaign optimizations
  • Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Proactive, responsible, attention to detail and a good team player
  • Ability to work in a quick and multi-cultural environment
  • Knowledge of Braze is a plus
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS.
  • Could be good to have knowledge in any programming language: SQL, php,…
