About the position:
How will you help us achieve our mission?
Coordinate the local digital & trade marketing team. Get the full integration of performance campaigns.
Coordinate with rider and driver growth team tactical plan for digital & offline.
Overseeing & monitoring key top-line KPIs related to users/ drivers campaigns (CAC, CPI, etc).
Define methodology for monitoring and measure daily, weekly and monthly results.
Work with the Outreach & Awareness team the complete events calendar. Manage budget related, define top-line KPIs, working model, etc.
Understand Drivers/ Rider LTV to set up local business target & campaign KPIs in accordance, for any acquisition source.
Coordinate with rider and driver growth team tactical plan for digital
Understand consumer journey, specially to first buying.
Organice audience and channels insights
Programmatic buying insights.
What we’re looking for:
- Hands-on and continuous delivery attitude. Ability to learn and adapt to change
Detail-oriented, self-starter and team player with listening capabilities.
Growth marketing, entrepreneurship, consultancy or operations strategy experience
Spanish and English speaker. Portuguese is a plus
