• Develop strategic marketing plans and budgets in support of go-to-market strategy and objectives.
  • Conceptualize, implement and monitor strategic and tactical plans that position Byton products to gain market share.
  • Grow and manage a marketing team that will carry out the plans, and that can execute marketing objectives
  • Collaborate in hybrid retail / omnichannel framework with internal and partners to understand customers’ needs and deliver marketing collateral that resonates with our different market segments.
  • Define an overall go-to-market and product marketing strategy. Provide leadership and support for the development and implementation of products and services.
  • Provide leadership, direction and management of market research and competitor analysis.
  • Develop and execute omnichannel marketing, positioning and communication strategies that emphasize the uniqueness of Byton’s seamless customer journey and its benefit to different market segments.
  • Manage a content development strategy that supports strategic and tactical marketing objectives.
  • Oversee and execute a digital and social media strategy to establish brand awareness, grow Byton fan community, and increase conversion to orders.
  • Instill a data-driven culture in making marketing decisions to maximize ROI.
  • Ensure timely and effective execution of the marketing programs.
