As a Senior Manager for Service Network and Operations, you will be responsible for setting up a service network for BYTON. Doing so you will coordinate required tasks e.g. creation of repair manual or diagnosis and align with engineering and other relevant departments. You will plan and set up service networks and strategic alliances focusing on a seamless customer experience. This position report to the Senior Director, Aftersales.
Define service network strategy and implementation targets for US Market;
Identify Customer demands prior to market launch and ensure highest customer satisfaction;
Develop Business and implementation plan supporting for North American markets;
Ensure Aftesales Readiness for US Market and compliance with legal requirements;
Set up and negotiate B2B Contracts in particular dealer / service center, Road side assistance, call centers;
Plan and set up all required national operations such as technical support, warehousing, logistics.
Experienced Aftersales Manager with a large premium dealership or highly preferred, an OEM:
5 years experience in Aftersales operations with recent experience in raising service centers, Aftersales for NEV and Aftersales of Premium Brands;
In depth knowledge of Service in the US; in particular, steering of dealerships, dealers, network strategies and related processes;
Perfect understanding of needs of US Customer for Aftersales and detailed knowledge on legal requirements;
Strong network within service industry and relevant stakeholders;
Willingness to take leadership on setting up the Aftersales operations;
Proven ability in negotiation;
Willingness to travel, both nationally and internationally.
