As a Project Administrative Manager within the AfterSales group, you will be responsible for managing multiple project timelines, resources, and the associated quality and risk.Milestone planning and reporting, project budget tracking and analysis, status reporting, change requests, and overall project administration activities is essential to this role.
The position requires a strong blend of technical project management and business analysis, the ability to work well in a team environment, and demonstrated skills in facilitating cross-functional communication for scheduling, program milestones and critical dates, identifying potential jeopardies of project schedules, identifying ways to resolve scheduling issues.
Responsibilities:
Organizing meetings, maintain project plans, budgets and status reports, providing feedback on standards and approaches to the work;
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility;
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate tools and techniques;
Measure project performance, using appropriate tools and techniques;
Report and escalate any potential or foreseeable issues in general to management, as needed;
Perform risk management to minimize project risks;
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Qualifications:
Associate degree, or the equivalent directly related working experience. Bachelor’s, or above, with an engineering background, desired;
3 to 5 years directly related project management experience, of driving the delivery of projects on time within the automotive industry;
Superior MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills, at the Advanced User level essential;
Project Management tools knowledge and experience to include S Project, JIRA, Confluance, and SharePoint essential;
Experience with software end-user change management strategy and execution;
Working knowledge of Agile and other structured methodologies (i. e., Scrum, Waterfall, Iterative, RUP, or PMI);
Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
