The Engineering Document Control Analyst is responsible for the development and implementation of processes that will control the storage and recovery of Engineering documents across all of the Engineering teams at all Byton Engineering locations. As the Engineer for Document Control, you will lead the development and implementation of Engineering processes to assist Engineering to work effectively across all Engineering locations by working closely with the Engineering teams to ensure buy-in and quick adoption.

To develop and implement common Engineering processes at all locations;
Act as the single point of contact for all Engineering processes and procedures;
To implement all required procedures as quickly as possible;
Work closely with the users of the processes and procedures, during development, implementation and general use;
Work closely with the Engineering tools team to ensure processes are compatible with tools used;
Establish and keep a close working relationship with all areas of the business with an emphasis on collaboration;
Communicate efficiently and effectively and present new processes and procedures confidently in group settings;
BS in Engineering or equivalent directly related experience;
2+ years in Engineering processes and document control;
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment;
Proven problem-solving and excellent communication skills;
Self-motivated, with a desire to continuously improve, learn, and teach;
Passion for electric vehicles, energy efficiency, new technology, and making a difference.
