The Senior Manager, Engineering Quality & Document Control is responsible for the development and implementation of processes and systems across all of Engineering, that will lead to a high-quality output from Engineering to the downstream customers in a global company. As the Senior Manager, you will lead a small team to deliver efficient processes to assist Engineering to meet the corporate quality requirements. Working closely with the Engineering teams to ensure buy-in and quick adoption.

To lead a small team to develop and implement common Engineering processes at all locations;
Act as the single point of contact for all Engineering processes and procedures;
To implement all required procedures as quickly as possible;
Work closely with the users of the processes and procedures, during development, implementation and general use;
Work closely with the Engineering tools team to ensure processes are compatible with tools used;
Establish and keep a close working relationship with all areas of the business with an emphasis on collaboration;
Communicate efficiently and effectively and present new processes and procedures confidently in group settings.
BS in Engineering, or directly related working experience;
5+ years in Engineering quality processes and document control;
Experience with engineering documentation management;
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment;
Proven team leader with proven problem-solving and excellent communication skills;
Self-motivated, with a desire to continuously improve, learn, and teach;
Passion for electric vehicles, energy efficiency, new technology, and making a difference.
