This role is SAP Support Engineer on FI and MM module, which requires to take over FI and MM module maintenance in US region, including support on process optimization, problem solving, US user account and authorization management.



  1. Be the contact window in US from SAP team;
  2. Have an overview of different SAP modules and can coordinate between different stakeholders and departments
  3. As Level 2 support, to solve daily FI and MM SAP issues provided by key users, or forward to level 3 support team, keep tracking issue status;
  4. Optimize the process of FI/ PR/PO to raise efficiency or save cost especially based on US local requirement;
  5. Define and manage SAP roles and security rule with key user;
  6. Support SAP user account and authorization management by both GUI and Fiori;
  7. Support SAP project team on rollout new function to US region;
  8. Offer training to key user on new function release, support on user manual making;
  9. Provide solution evaluation and support change request analysis;
  10. Summarize the ticket list report, synchronize to China SAP team


  • BS in Information Technology or related field
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders
  • Mandarin speaking is preferred
  • MUST have good understanding of SAP
  • Strong sense to identify any process improvement and operations, and able to provide solutions
