We are currently seeking a full time Home Health Aide in San Francisco and Marin County to provide personal care services to patients in the patient/family home in accordance with the plan of treatment as assigned by the Nurse Case Manager.
*MUST HAVE HHA LICENSE*
By the Bay Health follows all CDPH vaccine requirements for healthcare personnel.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Assist patient in bathing, care of mouth, skin, and hair as needed
Assist patient in and out of bed and with ambulation
Turn patient in bed, position for comfort, and change bed linen
Assist with prescribed exercises as directed
Prepare meals and assist with eating if meals needed during assigned visit time
Assist patient to bathroom or in using bedpan or urinal
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Completion of an approved Home Health Aide training program.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Current certification to practice as a Home Health Aide in the State of California.
Current California Driver’s License and automobile insurance that meets State of California requirements, if driving a car.
Pay Range: $26.00 - $30.00 hourly
