Working closely with the Head of TA and the wider UK TA Team, you will be integral to building and engaging with pools of talent for current and future hiring needs. 


  • Develop and own world class sourcing strategies through LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms and practices (Boolean string, Stack Overflow, Behance, Github etc)
  • Manage active candidate pipelines through our ATS (Greenhouse), whilst developing world class talent pools for future hiring needs 
  • Collaborate with business leads, hiring managers and the UK Talent Team with sourcing world class talent
  • Conduct detailed screening conversations to qualify candidates
  • Providing a best in class candidate experiences
  • Support the UK Talent Team with market insights that will improve attraction, 
  • Be an active member of wider team initiatives (salary benchmarking, process improvements, talent mapping)


  • Prior talent sourcing experience, either from an agency, RPO or an in-house environment
  • Experience sourcing across creative and engineering vacancies is advantageous
  • An understanding of different sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, Github, Behance, boolean strings)
  • Ability to identify and engage with top talent at all levels
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment, adaptable and with a natural curiosity to learn
  • Excellent communication both written and spoken
