A Group Product Manager at Bynder is a visionary Product Leader that leads a team of seasoned product managers in shaping the future of our Digital Asset Management products. This leadership position involves managing a team of product managers and product owners and executing on strategies to create market leading, high adoption SaaS offerings in the digital asset management - scaling content creation category. As part of the product leadership team, you act on a strategic level and take the lead on defining the future strategy of your product lines while working closely with other company leaders to drive execution success. 

In this role, you are also responsible for managing the processes and your team who are in turn responsible for definition of their individual product roadmaps and OKRs.  

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for the Bynder Studio, Brand Guidelines and Content Workflow product lines
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product managers, fostering an environment of innovation, execution, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success, to ensure successful product development, launch, and adoption.
  • Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather insights, validate product concepts, and identify emerging needs and opportunities in content security and compliance

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Creative Automation/Content Creation software products or related SaaS software offerings.
  • You know what it takes and have demonstrable experience in creating meaningful impact to customers and business as a Product Manager yourself
  • 2+ years of experience managing and growing a team of Product Managers and/or Product Owners
  • Experience in managing products at different stages of the lifecycle and proven ability to successfully take products to market.
  • Experience leading initiatives through cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of the digital content industry and martech ecosystem
  • Stellar communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
