Bynder is excited to open our Melbourne office to support our market-leading software that helps over 1.4 million professionals create, manage and distribute their digital assets. Bynder is on a quest to find a dynamic and ambitious individual to jump aboard and spread the Bynder word and grow the business throughout the Asia Pacific region. This role is a unique opportunity to contribute in a meaningful way to shape the future of Bynder's fast-growing activities in Australia and further afield.

As a Solutions Engineer, you will work hand-in-hand with the Sales team by educating and selling the Asia Pacific region on the product that is the best fit for their needs to strengthen their creative and marketing initiatives. This individual has a proven track record of delivering engaging product demonstrations and technical presentations to help prospective customers and partners understand the business benefits

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Partner with Account Executives to win business, jointly navigating complex sales cycles
  • Become an expert on the Bynder company, product, and value proposition
  • Own all technical aspects of tenders and presentations
  • Understand customers business and use cases to design innovative and compelling solutions
  • Translate complex, technical scenarios into layman's terms and business value
  • Convince through customized demonstrations, managed trials, proofs of concept
  • Scope out requirements, producing SOWs that align with customers onboarding expectations
  • Respond to advanced product and technical questions, RFPs and security questionnaires in a precise and timely manner
  • Help bridge the gap between Product and Sales, capturing customer feedback to help shape our future product roadmap
  • Work closely with our Onboarding and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth transition with well managed expectations and hand-overs
  • Become a trusted advisor to prospects/customers

 

Basic Requirements:

  • Available to work APAC hours before relocating
  • Commit to relocate to Melbourne, Australia (subject to employee visa eligibility)
  • 2+ years of sales engineering or solution consulting experience (or equivalent customer-facing experience at Bynder)
  • Proven Bynder top performer
  • Knowledge of marketing, brand, media or content management technologies such as CMS, PIM, DXP, etc.
  • Solid understanding of SaaS, cloud infrastructure, and APIs
  • Excellent team player and thrives in a high growth team selling environment
