We build each product from ground up: a team of pediatricians, breastmilk researchers and nutrition experts at the forefront of immune, cognitive, digestive and microbiome health informs our next-to-nature approach; we hand-pick the most wholesome ingredients from partners and farms that we consider family; we take pride in what we put in and in what we keep out of each recipe; we blend in our own facility in Reading, PA with a proprietary small batch process to retain highest ingredient quality.

On track to become only the 4th fully-integrated, FDA-registered baby nutrition company in the US – and the only new brand with owned manufacturing and direct supplier relationships  – we just closed our over-subscribed $90M Series B in July 2021, and are about to launch our first infant formula, with a pipeline of mom and baby nutrition products to follow.

Role Description

Digital Designer, Social & Motion

Reports To:         Creative Director

Location:              New York, NY

 

Role Responsibilities

  • Design and build digital brand materials on a day-to-day basis, leveraging social and community insights as well as industry best practices to inform the creative approach
  • Work closely with the marketing team to concept and innovative ideas for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and Pinterest.
  • Create thoughtful and elevated design solutions that adhere to the brand standards and style guidelines - while still pushing creative limits
  • Collaborate with internal/external teams and platforms to develop innovative user experiences aimed at driving high-quality customers
  • Generate multiple design explorations and iterate designs incorporating feedback received
  • Create brilliant, and innovative motion work, animated gifs and videos in final production quality for web and social media platforms
  • Participate in creative team brainstorms for various types of projects, including seasonal campaigns, digital experiences, etc.
  • Support the creative team implementing on-brand materials for marketing campaigns and brand partnerships
  • Communicate a point of view on design trends and actively bring those references and inspiration to the team
  • Work enthusiastically, respectfully and collaboratively within the creative team as well as other departments within the company

 

Skills & Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in Digital Design
  • Elevated graphic design style and a compelling portfolio that demonstrates excellence in flawless execution.
  • Advanced animation knowledge.
  • Deep understanding of motion graphics
  • Deep knowledge of and familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud Products
  • Excellent taste, sense of aesthetic, typography and composition skills, and color sensibility
  • Understanding of platform/social channel nuances.
  • Team player. Positive and open-minded. Receptive to feedback from others.
  • Result and solution-oriented.
  • Highly-detail oriented.
  • Highly organized, able to work in a fast-paced environment. Adapts easily to change and demonstrates flexibility in shifting goals and priorities.
