ByHeart is a fully integrated baby nutrition company dedicated to empowering parents with choice: we want ‘best nutrition for baby’ to be possible for every parent out there.

We build each product from ground up: a team of pediatricians, breastmilk researchers and nutrition experts at the forefront of immune, cognitive, digestive and microbiome health informs our next-to-nature approach; we hand-pick the most wholesome ingredients from partners and farms that we consider family; we take pride in what we put in and in what we keep out of each recipe; we blend in our own facility in Reading, PA with a proprietary small batch process to retain highest ingredient quality.

On track to become only the 4th fully-integrated, FDA-registered baby nutrition company in the US – and the only new brand with owned manufacturing and direct supplier relationships  – we just closed our over-subscribed $90M Series B in July 2021, and are about to launch our first infant formula, with a pipeline of mom and baby nutrition products to follow.

Reporting to: Senior Director of Acquisition

 

Role Responsibilities

This team member will be a customer-centric, results-driven Performance Marketer to support strategy development and execution for our paid marketing initiatives. This is a high impact role where you will set a vision and roadmap to scale our paid media footprint across several channels.

What You’ll Do

  • Analyze the effectiveness of all marketing campaigns across both online/offline channels
  • Work cross functionally to support design, implementation, and analytics for A/B split tests across all channels (offer, creative and CRO)
  • Meticulously track pacing to goals and budgets, actioning in real time to respond to business needs
  • Regularly communicate performance insights, test learnings, and acquisition strategy to the larger organization
  • Develop and own relationships with channel and agency partners to ensure we are driving growth in line with KPIs

Skills & Qualifications

  • 2-4 years experience in growth marketing at a DTC organization
  • Substantial experience working with performance marketing metrics (CPM, CPI, CPA, CPC & LTV) on Paid Social and  Paid Search
  • Familiar with traditional media channels such as Direct Mail, Affiliate and techniques that maximize these channels
  • Solid understanding of testing approaches including A/B tests as well as incrementality tests
  • Strong track record of effective collaboration with creative, content, retention and digital product teams
  • Ability to work with agency-partners and external stakeholders to guide them on strategies that align with internal business goals
