BVA is looking for an outstanding Director of Sales. This individual will be responsible for bringing in new logos/brands/business to the agency, working with the marketing team, internal delivery teams, and our industry partners to provide growth and development support for BVA. This role will be primarily focused on growing our Commerce services business including digital strategy, UX & design, commerce development and media.

What you’ll do…

  • Drive revenue by developing net new business leads through marketing, networking, channel partner relationships and prospecting (inbound & outbound)
  • Build out a strategic plan, prospect, & manage a full sales cycle
  • Partner with Marketing Team & Channel/Alliances team to drive inbound leads
  • Create and conduct agency presentations on BVA Services
  • Participate with our Solutions group in scoping/strategy workshops to determine customer needs and requirements 
  • Negotiate terms and close business to meet and exceed quarterly and annual quotas
  • Partner with Delivery teams to successfully onboard & hand off new clients

What you’ll need…

  • 2-3+ years full sales cycle experience selling complex enterprise technology/digital agency services, preferably ecommerce focused
  • Excellent verbal, visual, & written communication skills
  • Proven success in generating and closing new business, 6-figure+ deals
  • Proven track record of quota achievement
  • Previous experience selling into direct-to-consumer brands, preferred
  • Intimate understanding of ecommerce is a big plus!
  • Excellent relationship building skills, high energy, enthusiastic
  • Ability to command and control the room
  • A self-starter and hustler mentality
  • Strong drive to grow within the ecommerce space
