As a future HR Manager, you will be involved in the following tasks 1. Maintaining employment rules (revising employment rules and other regulations in accordance with revisions of laws, regulations and internal systems) 2. Payroll, year-end adjustments and social insurance (in cooperation with social insurance labor consultant) 3. Compliance with labor laws, filing with the labor office. 4. Correspondence with labor unions and lawyers 5. HR system operation (MoneyFoward payroll, year-end adjustments, My Number, SmartHR) 6. HR system design (revision of HR evaluation standards and incentive pay system) 7. HR development (talent management and staffing) 8. Training (internal and external) 9. Recruiting In addition to being a specialist in HR operations, you will also work closely with other corporate functions such as finance, accounting and legal, as well as the business divisions, and be committed to the growth of the company.
