You will earn a $2,500 bonus for every successful hire for every successful hire you refer to an open position at Buzzer. In addition, Buzzer will make a match donation of $2,500 to the Renee Montgomery Foundation, which is dedicated to promoting love, positivity and equality for all.

Referral Bonus Program Details: 

  • Buzzer will give a $2,500 referral bonus to every non-Buzzer employee who refers a successful hire at Buzzer. Additionally, there will be a $2,500 match donation to the Renee Montgomery foundation for each successful hire at Buzzer.

  • A successful hire means the candidate accepts a position at Buzzer and is in that position for at least 90 days. After 90 days, both you and the Renee Montgomery Foundation will receive the referral bonus and donation.

  • You may only refer candidates for open positions. You may refer more than one candidate for a specific position. You may also refer one candidate to multiple open positions, but you must submit a referral application for each position.

  • Your referral is valid until we close the open position.

  • We will reach out via email if you have referred a successful hire to finalize payment/ deposit information.

Renee Montgomery Foundation & Buzzer’s Strive Initiative 

The goal of this referral program and overall partnership with the Renee Montgomery Foundation is to level the playing field by investing in underserved communities through innovative approaches. 

Started in 2019, The Renee Montgomery Foundation was founded to promote positivity and education through local initiatives that provide underserved Atlanta communities with experiences that teach life skills through teamwork. Key initiatives include:

  • The Last Yard: Provides grants to HBCU students to help meet tuition. 

  • Remember the 3rd of November: Voting awareness campaign aiming to increases the community’s involvement in local politics through social media, workshops, pep rallies and more.

About Strive: Buzzer’s Commitment to Social Impact

Strive is an intentional and impactful initiative that will utilize Buzzer’s unifying platform to invest in equitable outcomes for Black, Indigenous and People of Color. Buzzer is dedicated to leveling the playing field through our company’s mission, values, product and financial tools in order to create more opportunities for communities of color. The ambition of this commitment is to leverage the Buzzer product to highlight opportunities for consumers to engage with and learn about organizations that are investing in communities of color.

Buzzer is proud to share that our first product was the Strive Mentorship program, a global mentorship program connecting over 500 industry professionals with over 500 Black college students predominantly from Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and other universities. This mentorship program ultimately inspired the Strive initiative and represents our ambitions to lead by doing the right thing for our potential customers, partners, and employees.
