Buyers Edge Platform Europe delivers the savings power of Buyers Edge to the European content.  Our operations will expand across Europe in the coming years as we onboard more operators and strategic partners in this emerging market.

This position is remotely based in Europe with a preference for Sweden based candidates. We are unable to offer work sponsorship for this role. 

The Sales Operations Coordinator works with our brands across Europe to provide support and monitoring for the sales teams. This includes managing sales data, preparing sales reports, collaborating with management to set sales targets, creating and updating sales forecasts, ensuring that sales-related processes in IT systems are followed, and managing sales team’s compensation plans.

Your impact:

  • Enable the brands to report on and compare individual performance data.
  • Improve revenue forecasting to support Key Account Managers (KAM) in working as a cohesive team.
  • Develop and communicate compensation goals according to the compensation plan.
  • Establish budget procedures for sales and the sales department´s cost and assist in the preparation of the budget.
  • Monitor budget performance.
  • Onboard new sales staff.
  • Communicate information about new partnerships.
  • Participate in developing marketing and sales strategy.
  • Ensure that agreed-upon activities are implemented within the sales teams.
  • Some travel as required to meet and train staff.

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • Minimum of 2+ years of work experience
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office tools; most importantly Excel, Teams, & Outlook
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or a similar CRM system is an advantage but not required
  • Knowledge of PowerBI or similar reporting tools is an advantage but not required
  • Excellent written and verbal English
