This position is based out of our New London, CT office on a hybrid basis. We are unable to provide sponsorship for work authorization.
Your Impact:
We are looking for a Client Manager who will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing customer relationships. You will manage accounts in conjunction with the Sales team, as well as create reports, presentations and marketing materials, and be a key piece in a team driven culture. This position moves quickly and requires strong interpersonal skills, organization, and attention to detail. Additionally, we seek a great communicator who has the ability to welcome challenges, thrive in a small team environment, and who is eager to learn new skills.
- Manage period bids for customers
- Processing information requests from customers
- Coordinate and present webinars for potential and existing customers
- Perform sales analysis
- Establish and deepen relationships with clients by understanding their business objectives and providing exemplary support as their primary contact within InsideTrack
- Conduct on-going meetings and calls to communicate frequently with customers on updates, information, concerns and opportunities
- Proactively anticipate customer needs and identify any potential issues. Create recommendations and facilitate action for resolution
- Identify opportunities for potential up sell of Platform services
- Organize and conduct on-boarding of customers. See through the initial introduction until customer is completely set up within the system
- Manage upwards of 30-40 customer accounts on ongoing basis
- Track follow up for any customer involved meetings and keep internal systems and databases up-to-date with customer information
- Market new programs and services to customers
- Must be comfortable being the point person for customer and internal departments
- Procure, organize, and disperse data
- Have full understanding of InsideTrack interaction with Platform brands
- Be available to travel to visit clients face to face
- Track all client activity and opportunities in Salesforce
About You:
- 4-year Bachelors’ degree or relevant experience required
- Efficient, detail oriented, and well organized
- Excellent computer skills, including expertise with MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Able to organize and manage sales information
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Workflow status and management
- Perform initial data analyses and comparisons
- Have strong communication and relationship management skills
- Excel in explaining complex information in ways that are easy to understand.
- Want to be part of a small team that’s motivated by helping others and serving the best interests of our customers
- Like to work hard and have a thirst for knowledge with a “do what it takes” attitude
- Crave an environment where you can develop professionally and personally
- Food service industry experience a plus
- Past experience related to customer service or project management helpful
