This position is based out of our office located in Becker, MN. We are unable to offer work sponsorship for this role. 

 

Your impact:

As a member of the Customer Service team, you will make outbound calls to educate foodservice operators about our services, tools and programs, customer’s products, increase participation in our rewards programs, and process program leads. You will be responsible for program growth, operator engagement, and lead generation for RealTime Solutions and our clients.

  • Engage with foodservice operators through successful outbound calls
  • Introduce and promote our loyalty rewards programs and participating products
  • Effectively educate customers and operators about product features and promotions
  • Build and maintain client relationships and engaged participation in our loyalty rewards programs
  • Serve as the client’s voice within RealTime Solutions
  • Anticipate and identify opportunities for potential upselling within our loyalty rewards programs
  • Sourcing new opportunities through lead follow-up and outbound calls
  • Achieving assigned goals – data acquiring, lead generation, full sales cycle
  • Carry out operational day-to-day tasks for client programs, internal programs and projects by understanding customer goals and strategies
  • Accurately enter data, transaction processing and database updates
  • And other support as required and requested.

 

About you:

  • 2 years of phone-based customer service experience required
  • 1 year of inside sales experience preferred 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365
  • Previous experience in Salesforce or another CRM preferred
  • Experience in foodservice industry preferred
  • Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple projects and work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to multitask and change direction quickly to accommodate changing business needs
  • Demonstrates good judgement, creativity and positive attitude
  • Must be resilient to customer rejection
  • Accurately enter data, transaction processing and database updates
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task, prioritize and manage time efficiently
  • Friendly, courteous and professional demeanor in person, on phone and via email with internal team and with clients 
  • Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at select times
