This position is based out of our office located in Becker, MN with anticipated travel up to 25%. We are unable to offer work sponsorship for this role. 

 

Your impact:

As a Client Success Coordinator - Food Service Manufacturing, you will play an important role in supporting our existing client relationships. You will ensure impactful solutions are organized, implemented, tracked and reported upon. This role coordinates internal implementation of projects and initiatives in direct collaboration with the Client Manager. 

  • Collaborate seamlessly with client managers to lead the successful execution and reporting of projects and initiatives.
  • Support client services team in continually strengthening current client relations by taking meeting notes, driving follow-up internally, and tracking and communicating progress to stakeholders.
  • Perform analytical work to help determine the size and scope of Manufacturer projects and the potential revenue impact by using forecasting dashboards, rate guidelines, and time estimates from relevant departments.
  • Validate client-facing reporting and audit various data points for sales reports, presentations, estimates and invoices.
  • Develop estimates with backups for the projects based on project objectives, strategies, and tactics and projected outcomes.
  • Build out the details of project scopes, timelines and processes after estimates are approved.
  • Proactively achieve client objectives within deadlines and budget by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including creative, IT, warehouse and customer service departments.
  • Develop and maintain internal processes, best practices and documented operating procedures focused on continuous improvement.
  • Other support as required and requested.

 

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 1 year of client management, project management, marketing management, or agency strategy experience or equivalent 
  • Superior attention to detail  
  • Advanced communication, critical thinking, interpersonal relationship and problem-solving skills 
  • Excellent oral, written, spreadsheet and presentation communication skills 
  • Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple projects and work independently and as part of a team 
  • Capacity to make independent decisions and educated recommendations to clients and internal staff 
  • Ability to multitask and change direction quickly to accommodate changing business needs 
  • Demonstrate good judgement, creativity and positive attitude 
  • Represent our clients, our programs and company brand in a positive and professional way  
  • Possesses independent time management and organizational skills 
  • Exposure to Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook) required 
  • Experience related to the food or foodservice industry is required 
  • Occasional travel for client visits and trade shows
  • Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at select times
