Developed by restaurant owners for restaurant owners, Back Office goes beyond traditional software; it's backed by industry experts who guide operators to make faster, more informed business decisions surrounding revenue, cost of goods, labor, and compliance. Through a combination of continued education and user-friendly software, independent, multi-location, franchise, and enterprise restaurant groups gain actionable insights into their performance, empowering them to make data-based operational decisions!

This position is based out of our Littleton, CO office (Wednesdays are remote!) and is budgeted for $60,000 - $70,000. We are unable to offer work sponsorship for this role. 

The Client Implementation Manager plays a pivotal role in the seamless integration of new clients into our systems and processes.  Responsible for compiling essential documentation, creating client accounts, and overseeing contract administration, this role ensures efficient onboarding and ongoing support for our clients.  Additionally, this position assists the sales team, processes churn and contributes to upload and cross-selling efforts by leveraging insights into client needs and product offerings.  The Client Implementation Administrator is instrumental in driving operational excellence and client satisfaction throughout the onboarding process and beyond.

Your impact:

  • Compile all necessary paperwork for new clients, liaising with Account Executives to ensure holistic information gathering.
  • Create new client accounts within our proprietary accounting system.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring clarity on required materials and timeliness.
  • Manage contract administration, tenet setup, and maintain accurate client information between all systems.
  • Assist sales team with paperwork and inquiries, process churn, and report details to the Client Success Operations Manager.
  • Drive upsell/cross-selling initiatives leveraging understanding of client needs and product offerings.

About you:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a sales support role.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce is essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to develop and nurture relationships.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities.
  • Strong time management abilities, capable of effectively organizing and prioritizing multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in computer usage, including internet navigation.
  • Background in providing exemplary customer service.
  • Demonstrates courtesy, politeness, and patience in all interactions.
  • Strong team orientation and collaborative mindset.
  • Attention to detail is a must.
