Your impact:
- Manage data mapping and data integrity
- Detail oriented to identify anomalies in data
- Manage daily and historical data integrity of customer data transmissions
- Identify issues that arise within the data
- Normalize data from various data sources using priority software to present an aggregated and standardized view for customers
- Participate in team projects
- Work well with other team members
- Manage individual tasks and objectives for projects
- Meet deadlines and identify any potential shortfalls ahead of time
- Identify opportunities for process improvement
- Document internal processes
- Communicate information between internal and external customers
- Coordinate efforts with internal teams to validate data and exchange information
- Deliver high level external customer service satisfaction
About you:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent / similar work experience
- Foodservice product knowledge / experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to stay focused on large sets of data with minimal supervision
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
- Critical thinking – information analysis / evaluation
