📣  A bit about the role.  

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our ambitious marketing team.  We’re on a mission to feed more dogs and help them live healthier and happier lives which you will play a big part in.  

As a direct to consumer e-commerce business we have a large emphasis on driving growth through our digital marketing efforts, and we have big targets we want to hit. 

Working within the marketing team, you will lead on day to day execution and optimisation of new customer acquisition campaigns and help develop our digital marketing strategy. We are growing our channel mix and are looking for someone to come in and help scale our efforts.

Being part of a wider marketing team you will also gain exposure to a wide scope of marketing efforts to give a more holistic view of digital marketing and how it can support business growth. 


In this role you can expect to: 

  • Manage and optimise paid social and paid search accounts to best in class levels. 
  • Be responsible for the reporting and analysis of digital marketing efforts to share with both the marketing team, and members of the wider company.  
  • Work with Brand, Creative and Conversion Rate Optimisation team members to drive improvements in our digital campaigns.
  • Launch campaigns to support a variety of key initiatives such as acquisition, brand awareness and new channel development.

👋  A bit about you. 

  • Preferably have over 1 years digital marketing experience (either in-house or agency).
  • Have experience in either paid search or paid social account management.
  • Confident in managing and optimising campaigns towards direct response metrics such as cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), return on investment (ROI).
  • Strong reporting skills and a high level of attention to detail. 
  • Be target driven and passionate about digital marketing. You should always be looking to go further, learn more and outperform yourself. 
  • Have a highly analytical mindset and always be looking to turn insight into action. 
  • A willingness to be versatile and eager to learn new skills. 
  • Good communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders, and the ability to communicate complex information in a digestible manner.
