📣  A bit about the role.

We are looking for a Quality and Training Specialist who is obsessed with delivering exceptional customer service, who will put the dogs we feed, and their humans, at the heart of everything we do. We are always striving to deliver our customers a world class service, with personalisation being at the core of this. To achieve this we need to ensure our Call Team members are delivering exceptional service, tailored to each individual dog and their humans.

In this role you will be responsible for maintaining a high and consistent level of quality across our Call Team. You will be evaluating each Caller’s conversations and giving constructive, useful and motivating feedback. You will design and deliver a training programme for new and existing Callers, with attention to team development and bringing our values to life.

You will report to the Call Team Manager.
