📣 A bit about the role.

We're looking for an exceptional Communications & Culture Lead to create and own our internal communications strategy. We are growing quickly. It's exciting. In the last 12 months, our team size has grown 4x with employees in the UK, Ireland & the Netherlands. With growth comes complexity and change. What worked for us at 20, 50, 100 people won't work for us at 500+ people in different geographies.

Our people experience is super important to us. Maintaining our strong values-based culture and keeping all of our employees engaged is a core part of this role. You'll have ownership to create value immediately by:

  • Building a company wide comms framework and strategy that is reflective of our values
  • Support our senior leadership team to create compelling messages where our squad feel informed, connected and inspired
  • Adapt our brand tone of voice with a people messaging tone of voice (or as we say, our tone of bark)

This role will suit someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-mindset environment who is passionate about communications & culture - are you up for the challenge?

You will report into our People Director and will have one team member to support on execution.
