As a BNOC (Bungie Network Operations Center) Engineer, your time will spent gathering customer requirements, updating tools, developing new features, improving workflows, and supporting investigations. Your mission will be to improve the tools and pipelines that our frontline operators use in their daily workflows to monitor, deploy, and maintain the online experiences for which Bungie is well-known. Working with our team of professionals, you will interface with cross-discipline IT, Operations, Data, and Service teams to solve problems that stand between us and the swift resolution of incidents.
