We are looking for an experienced leader who will partner with the CPO and business leadership team driving strategic and tactical aspects of People Operations for the Studio. We are scaling our business to meet the talent demands while intentionally curating the best employee journey. This individual will lead a small team whose charter includes: managing the annual talent strategy and program calendar; establish a Self Service strategy as we empower our employees and managers to direct access to information and managing changes; creation and management of key People Programs such as, Total Rewards (Perks, Benefits, Compensation) Engagement Surveys, Performance Management, HRIS, Immigration, and Policy/Guideline management. We are looking for a leader who desires to engage and drive change with a team as we shift toward driving enhanced business impact and overall talent effectiveness.
