The Director, Digital Marketing is responsible for developing and implementing seamless Demand Gen marketing strategy across paid and non-paid marketing channels including CRO for the website. This individual leads a group of high-performing specialists in the digital marketing domain in the execution of paid and non-paid marketing channels to drive traffic and generate leads and sales.

What you’ll nail

  • Develop global strategy across demand gen channels, campaigns, and website optimization to achieve company and marketing OKRs
  • Mentor and manage demand gen marketers, web developer, and agency partners to grow and achieve their functional goals
  • Manage marketing budget, planning, forecasting, and allocation to maximize performance and results
  • Partner with Revenue Operations and Data teams to improve channel attribution and reporting
  • Continuous review and improvement of Buildxact company websites with a focus on metrics and best practices to improve conversions
  • Develop company-wide organic and paid social media strategy, specifically focusing on strategic and scalable initiatives
  • Develop, scale, and diversify paid channels including SEM, paid social, PPC, video, display, etc
  • Ownership for SEO strategy, growth, managing web developer and partnering with cross functional teams to evangelize SEO internally
  • Collaborate with Sales to continually optimize marketing lead conversion rates and own the company Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) KPI
  • Provide data-driven insight and recommendations to improve user acquisition channel strategies, campaign performance, and increase conversions
  • Formalize and build out testing framework and iterations to improve, analyze performance. implement winning variations, and share learnings
  • Develop, own and drive OKRs for Demand Gen team

  • Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Bing, Salesforce, SEMRush, Workato, Hotjar and site AB testing tools
  • Ability to work in-office with a hybrid approach
