Position Overview:

 We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented entry- to intermediate-level Financial Analyst to join our team. This position’s primary focus will be reviewing performance across different departments, drawing conclusions from data, and finding ways to improve processes and profitability.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual analysis of budget to actual and prior period financial results.
  • Work with manager and Finance team to prepare financial reports for departments to present to management and stakeholders.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis of profitability of brand lines, products, and processes to support decision-making.
  • Analyze effects of product mix, volumes, pricing, and other factors on profitability.
  • Perform pricing analysis for intercompany sales to achieve win/win scenarios for all parties.
  • Collaborate with team members and create budgeting templates to contribute to the annual budgeting processes.
  • Proactively identify issues or areas of improvement and bring solutions to management.
  • Track and analyze unlevered free cash flow.
  • Complete special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Hybrid work/in-office
  • BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
  • 0-4 years of experience in finance.
  • Proficient in Excel with the aptitude to learn more.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong business acumen and knowledge of financial principles and accounting standards.
  • MS SQL Server & NetSuite experience preferred.
  • Must reside in Texas
