As our new Senior Technical Producer, you will lead on delivering complex technical projects across our two brand new AAA IP’s Everywhere & MindsEye. You will oversee and guide numerous technical pipelines, as well as being a critical partner for third parties, to ensure high-quality delivery.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a commercially viable product roadmap in partnership with
the studio and core technology management. Includes, all developer
resources, development planning, and games as a service.
- Participate in creation of plans and strategy for the studio’s core
technology platform.
- Partner and collaborate between core technology team and game
development to drive accountability for all core technology
development goals.
- Own development processes, workflows, and maintaining visibility
and predictability for the studio’s platform.
- Development, manage, grow, and coach, the Production teams.
Partner and empower development and technology leadership to
ensure product quality goals and KPIs are met.
- Build trust with partnerships, reports, and peers by using data driven
approaches to problem solving while managing trade offs between
cost, quality and time.
- Responsible for oversight, empowerment, and overall delivery for all
internal discipline teams for highest quality AAA product.
- Bring clarity, focus, and energy studio wide through shared
Requirements
- Previous Lead Technical Producer experience or equivalent with internal game
developer
- Extensive experience in game development; full lifecycle experience developing and
operating PC or console games
- Experience in end-to-end product development, management and life cycle planning.
- Practical experience in setting, guiding and evaluating production processes.
- Track record of budget, project and people management. Track record of direct
leadership & significant influence within a scaled organization.
- Wide and deep understanding of game industry, business models across both Live / Games as Service and boxed products.
- Wide and deep understanding of project management, esp. creative projects and
software development.
- Knowledge of project financing & project resourcing.
- Effective communication and deep relationship-building with multi-faceted teams is
required, including: developers, finance, product management, business development,
marketing, Comms, QA, Exec and more.
- Strong project and time management skills with a proven ability to organize teams set
priorities, solve complex problems, drive innovative solutions, meet deadlines and
resolve conflicts.
- Ability to create and deliver effective presentations.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills
