About the Role As a Receptionist for Buckner Children and Family Services, you serve as the first point of contact for our visitors to the Beaumont campus. You help shine hope through your positive interactions with our team members, visitors, and guests as you greet them when they enter the facility or when answering inquiries by phone. In this role, you will also be responsible for processing facility deposits and donations for our location.
What You’ll Do As a member of our team you will have an impact on our program participants and visitors through accomplishment of the following responsibilities:
Greet all visitors in a courteous manner upon entrance to the Administration office
Answer all phone calls in the same courteous manner asking appropriate questions to determine the direction of the call.
Answer general questions about the program services as appropriate.
Receive, distribute and acknowledge non-cash donations, and reporting to the Development Team.
Prepare accurate records of cash receipts and deposits, incoming checks and making deposits.
Cash checks for the Assessment Center supervisor for allowances.
Process incoming clothing vouchers.
Maintain the calendar for the campus for use of the different meeting locations.
Maintain office supplies and office equipment.

Ability to use personal computers and various word processing software as well as other office equipment.
