About the Role
As a Security / Maintenance person you will impact the lives of our residents through maintaining security for our entire campus.

What You’ll Do
As a member of our team you will have an impact on our clients through accomplishment of the following responsibilities:

  • Ensure safe campus environment including facility building and grounds, provide security to ensure campus safety requirements are met and maintained.
  • Repair clogged sinks, commodes and drains.
  • Replace burned-out bulbs and perform basic electrical repairs.
  • Make minor repairs and adjustments.
  • Perform basic carpentry and plumbing work.
  • Provide assistance to residents and support to facility operations.
  • Detect, correct or report situations that have a possibility of causing accidents or  injuries to residents or others.
  • Perform daily inspection of building and grounds.
  • Identify unsafe situations and correct.

What You’ll Bring to the Team
To be successful in this role and a great addition to our team we need you to come with the following:

  • A High School Diploma (or G.E.D.)
  • Self-motivation to guide daily work with only moderate supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to use tact and courtesy in interactions with coworkers, residents and their families.
