Responsible for maintaining the facility heating, air conditioning and ventilation systems and other equipment in a safe, reliable and efficient manner.
What You’ll Do As a member of our team you will have an impact on our clients through accomplishment of the following responsibilities:
Perform routine and preventive maintenance and repair on the facility and equipment to include HVAC, electrical, mechanical, appliances, etc. in accordance with established procedures.
Service heating and cooling unit systems as specified by the manufacturer and in compliance with established policies and procedures.
Complete preventive/scheduled maintenance duties as directed.
What You’ll Bring to the Team To be successful in this role and a great addition to our team we need you to come with the following:
High school diploma (or G.E.D.) required. HVAC certification preferred. Minimum 2 years prior related experience working with electrical, HVAC, and appliance repair preferred.
